How do I log in the first time?

For your first time login, please use the user code and temporary password provided to you. After your first login, you will be able to update your password.

I have lost the provided password, what do I do?

If you have lost the temporary password that came with your login code, please email [email protected] and we will assist you in resetting your password.

I changed my password but I forgot it – what do I do?

To have previously changed your password, you would have setup an email address on your profile. To reset your password, please visit the ‘lost password page‘ and your password will be emailed to you.

Who is Allwest Electric?

Allwest Electric is the installer of your Control4 Smarthome system. We can assist you in service, support and upgrades of your Control4 system or other electrical related items in your home. You can find out more about us by visiting our corporate website.
